Aqua Aero Coil Coating is resistant to the most devastating impact of marine, industrial and offshore environment. The coating has no off-gas other than water during the curing process and is dry-to-handle 15 minutes after application. Once applied, the units may be damaged on the way to location or during installation. Aqua Aero offers nonexplosive spray cans to touch up any repair requirement that may occur.

In a C5 classified environment, an extra layer of water-based clearcoat upgrades both the coils as well as the panels and components to a High-Tier protection. Multi coat is our general name for a corrosion protection of the HVAC&R unit panels, piping, compressors, grids etc. The general epoxy powder coat may act as a primer, or, on base metals, Mastic AA may act as a primer.

Aqua Aero Pan coating is a two-component 100% solid self-leveling coating, applied to drainpans, water boxes etc. The corrosion resistance of AA Pan coated drain pans is exceeding the quality of stainless steel drainpans at less than 30% of the cost, which is proven by independent laboratory tests (available upon request).
